BLIT 3503 - Later New Testament Writings: Hebrews through Revelation Credit Hours: 3
This course focuses on the writings known as the General Epistles as well as the Book of Revelation. The course will feature exegetical study of these documents, with attention given to their context, literary structure, and theological message. It will also introduce some of the main issues in academic discussions of these writings, so that students can utilize commentaries and other academic resources in future study and gain competency in interpreting the Bible within their contemporary contexts.
