FRNS 3703 - Procedural Law

The course examines the interaction of constitutional law and law enforcement procedure. Rationales of case law will be explored and discussed within the context of the exclusionary rule, search and seizure, interrogations and confessions, police line-ups, and right to assistance of counsel.
