CHED 2103 - Christian Leadership Credit Hours: 3
A study of the theology and practice of Christian leadership, integrating biblical servant leadership principles and leadership/management theory into the work of ministry, with special emphasis given to personal development and application of these principles to prepare students to understand and develop the knowledge base and skills needed to function as a leader within the framework of the faith community. It is intended to help students discover their identity as a leader and to develop the necessary personal and administrative skills to contribute to the healthy functioning of a local church body.
