CHED 4603 - Team Based Ministry In The Local Church

Credit Hours: 3

An integrative study and deployment of biblical strategies for developing and equipping leaders within the local church as part of a ministry team. Emphasis is placed upon the philosophical, structural, and relational basis of effective pastoral staff and lay ministry in the local church, based on fundamental principles of teamwork and collaboration related both avenues of ministry, and church personnel management/policy formulation/practice, staff administrative methods and employment procedures, and other issues related to the full-time staff ministry.
