EDUC 2502 - Elementary Methods Of Applied Arts

Credit Hours: 2

A course for elementary classroom teachers designed to give educators knowledge of methodology, implementation, and evaluation in teaching the visual and performing arts. Candidates will understand and use the central concepts, tools of inquiry, and structures of the arts (music, visual arts, dance, and theatre) to plan, implement, and assess artistic learning experiences that engage all learners in critical thinking, creativity, and collaborative problem-solving.
