EDUC 4504 - Science Inquiry Methods

This is an introductory course that explores the objectives, methods and instructional emphasis of elementary. It includes an analysis of teaching science with an emphasis on Life Science, Earth and Space Science, Physical Science, and Engineering Design as determined by science standards. It examines objectives, philosophy, trends, methods, and content in elementary science instruction and provides opportunity for preparation of materials for actual classroom use.
