MUSC 2401 - Aural Skills II

A continuation of Aural Skills I. The student’s skills are expanded to include the ability to notate and identify basic chord progressions and cadences utilizing triads in all inversions. Sight-singing and dictation skills are further developed.

Prerequisite: MUSC 2103 - Music Theory I and MUSC 2301 - Aural Skills I.
Corequisite: Students must be enrolled concurrently in MUSC 2203 - Music Theory II.
