MUSC 3003 - Audio/Visual Media

Credit Hours: 3

Students will explore the fundamentals of audio and visual media. Topics include basic acoustics, mixing console design and operation, live application mixing concepts, general signal processing, microphone technology and techniques, loudspeaker technology, recording techniques, visual projection systems, lighting systems, and industry standard software. Format will include lecture, demonstration, and hands-on experience.
