PHED 1152 - Whole Body Fitness


Credit Hours: 2

An activity course that is designed to introduce students to a variety of ways to advance fitness, health, and performance through activities that blend balance, strength, and flexibility. The focus will be on how to live a healthy active life. Some of the activities may include: Tabata, Body Weight Workouts, Aerobic walking, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and Low Impact Cardio workouts.
