PHED 3202 - Elementary Physical Education, Health & Wellness

Credit Hours: 2

Application of physical education and major concepts of health, locomotor movement and physical activity, for the elementary school student are examined. The student will plan developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with state and national standards. Effective use of resources, accommodations and/or modifications, technology and critical thinking strategies to address the diverse needs of all students will be explored.

Corequisite: Physical Education majors must also have concurrent enrollment in PHED 3201 .
