POLS 3103 - Dictators And Demagogues

This course examines political leadership in historical perspective. It explores how leaders arise in societies and how leaders function within political systems. The course investigates concepts such as power, corruption, and mass appeal and highlights several leaders throughout history who attempted to thoroughly dominate their respective political systems.
