SOCI 2103 - Cultural Anthropology Credit Hours: 3
This course focuses on the common patterns found in non-industrialized societies around the world. The emphasis is on how the physical environment and available food-gathering technologies fundamentally shape everything else the culture does. It also looks at the challenges faced by these societies as they begin to integrate into the global economy.
