Arts and Humanities Statement of Mission

Guided by our belief that knowledge and wisdom are given by God and that human expression reflects our God-given creative potential, the Arts & Humanities Department aspires to cultivate a community of creative and critical thinkers. Inspiring and equipping students in the disciplines of Communication, History, Language Arts, Performing Arts, and Visual Arts prepares students to glorify God by loving and serving their neighbors, illuminating their communities with talents and truth.

SENIOR COMPREHENSIVE EXAM

All seniors must pass the prescribed comprehensive examination or capstone project prior to or during their final semester of study. All education majors will complete the content area and education area comprehensive requirements as required by each major and area.
