3+3 Partnership with Cleveland University

MNU has partnered with Cleveland University to provide Kinesiology majors the opportunity to complete a 3+3 program culminating in a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC). This program allows the students to complete their DC education in 6 years as opposed to the traditional 7 years. Students spend the first three (3) years at MNU completing 90 hours of general education requirements, kinesiology degree requirements, and prerequisite course work. Students then transfer to Cleveland University, where their first year of courses transfers back to MNU, to complete the requirements for a BS in Kinesiology from MNU.

To be eligible for this program, students must meet the following requirements:

  1. Students must have a minimum of 3.0 overall grade point average.
  2. Students must have earned at least 91 semester hours including the following courses:
  • All general education credits completed according to MNU guidelines.
  • General Chemistry (8hrs)
  • Organic Chemistry (5hrs)
  • Biology (12hrs)
  • Anatomy and Physiology (8hrs)
  • Biomechanics
  • Exercise Physiology

   3. Students must submit a complete application with all required materials.

Completion of the eligibility criteria and application materials does not automatically represent admittance into the program. If a student elects not to attend Cleveland or is not admitted, they have the option to complete all the requirements necessary for a BS in Kinesiology from MNU.
