CHEM 2104 - General Chemistry II Credit Hours: 4
Serving as the second of a two-semester general chemistry sequence, this course will utilize the fundamentals of atomic/molecular structure and reactivity covered in CHEM 1104 and apply them to our understanding of liquid and solid behavior, equilibrium and thermodynamics, chemical kinetics, acid/base chemistry, electrochemistry, nuclear chemistry, and more broad applications of organic, solid state, and transition metal chemistry.
Prerequisite: CHEM 1104 , a high school AP Chemistry score of 3 or better applied to the university, or instructor permission. Notes: Three hours of lecture and one three-hour laboratory session per week. Offered: Spring Modality: In-Person
